SCHWING screens wires are evenly shaped in warp and weft. Special weaving measures in the manufacture of SCHWING screens provide the advantage of equally strong loading of the round wires at the crossing points, a firm wire layer and an even mesh size.

Screen with oblong meshes from spring steel wires
Product Description:
LANGMA-SCHWING screens are manufactured from special quality abrasion- and vibration-resistant spring steel wires. LANGMA-SCHWING cloths are a further development of the square mesh cloth (SCHWING screens ) into a rectangular oblong mesh cloth with a mesh ratio of about 1:3, thus creating a larger open screening surface and reducing the contact resistance.

Special weaving preparations ensure even deformation of the round chain- and weft-wires, a firm wire layer and an even mesh size.

WESPA-SCHWING screens are screens made of continuously corrugated round wires vertical to the sieve surface, which are held in place by 2-fold cross wires woven in at specific intervals. The opening width is the clear width between two opposing longitudinal wires..
